Possible Penalties for DWI

DWI penalties in Texas are tough, even for a first offense. The cost of fines, community service, and a suspended driver's license are too high to be taken lightly. If you have had previous DWI convictions, you may now be facing felony DWI charges and the possibility of mandatory jail time. It is extremely important that you understand the seriousness of the charges you are facing and that you contact an attorney as soon as possible to represent you. Below, you will find information on the different types of DWI offenses and their corresponding punishments. If you have questions about your case, we encourage you to contact Crain Lewis Brogdon, LLP today to schedule a free, confidential, no-obligation consultation to discuss your legal options.
